Villebois Village Center Development, Wilsonville, Oregon (USA)

The Villebois Village Center project is a multi-family development consisting of 143 units in three buildings surrounding a public "piazza" in the coveted Villebois master planned community an affluent suburb of Wilsonville, just south of downtown Portland.
The acquisition of the land parcel took place in June 2022 and was sold together with the project plans and building permit in December 2025.
