Apartment complex “Reserve at Walnut Creek”, Austin, Texas (USA)

“Reserve at Walnut Creek”, acquired in 2014, is a class-A apartment community located within the Walnut Creek Business Park in northeast Austin. It was built in 2002 and consists of 284 units. Extensive foundation repairs by installing piers in 10 of 11 buildings were completed and the root caused erosion issues were cured with landscaping and enhanced drainage. Furthermore, upgraded units, renovated amenities and implemented professional property management were added which resulted in significantly improved rental rates and NOI.
