West Gate Baar (CH)

In 2000, the Mutschler Group acquired a half-finished building in the canton of Zug, right next to the Baar motorway exit. The house had a negative past with failed investments and changing tenants. It had to be completely renovated and rented out over the long term.

The Mutschler Group developed a concept that included the conversion and redistribution of the space, as well as a total renovation of the facade and the restructuring of the tenants. After a renovation period of seven months, 70% of the property was already let - to companies such as BMW , a traditional industrial company from Zug, Switzerland, and the French fashion chain LaHalle. In this way, the West Gate complex could be transformed from a sloping property into a long-term rented and profitable property.
