Apartment complex "Parc at South Green", Houston, Texas (USA)

Parc at South (the sister property to Magnolia Grove) is a class-B apartment community with 428 units in the Gulfgate/Almeda Submarket of Houston with frontage on I-45 just north of the Sam Houston Tollway. It was acquired in May 2013. Extensive exterior and interior upgrades have been completed with the accomplishment of positioning the property at the top of the class B market and more effectively bridge the gap to the class A properties in the area.
