Magnolia Grove (the sister property to Parc at South Green) is a class-B apartment community in the Gulfgate/Almeda Submarket of Houston with frontage on I-45 just north of the Sam Houston Tollway and consists of 268 units. Extensive exterior and interior upgrades have been completed. In addition, a club house and a leasing office as well as a fitness center were added to the property with the goal of positioning the property at the top of the class B market and more effectively bridge the gap to the class A properties in the area.
