The neighboring four-star Hotel California has rented the upper floors of the property to create additional room capacities there. The spacious shop areas on the ground floor are rented to a DM drugstore and an Italian shoe boutique. The architecture firm Hülsmann received an award from the city of Berlin in 2009 for the successful architecture of the building.
