Creative Office Building „Custom Blocks”, Portland, Oregon (USA)

Portland (Oregon) is located in the Pacific Northwest of the USA. Two former industrial buildings in Portland's Central Eastside originally served as the Custom Stamp Metal Printing- and Manufacturing plant for nearly 50 years before ceasing operations. These buildings offered a huge potential for the conversion to loft office space for different tenants and became a new creative hub on the Central Eastside known as Custom Blocks. Construction work was completed in 2018.
