The four-story apartment building in Portland, Oregon accommodating 135 rental units is located on Portland’s trendy Eastside. The different apartment floor plans are designed with functional layouts and a high level build-out standard. The lobby impresses with a large fireplace in a “lounge style” setting. On the roof top, for the enjoyment of the tenants, there is the “sky box” with a well equipped kitchen, bar, comfortable sitting furniture, TV and a sheltered outdoor deck with barbecues and sweeping views over Portland.

The grand opening took place in August 2014.
