Munich Residential and Commercial Building (Tegernseer Landstraße) (D)

The foundation stone for a residential and commercial building was laid in 2001 on the east side of the Isar, in Tegernseer Landstrasse. The project was adopted in 1998 as approved planning, which had not been realized due to financial problems of the previous owner.
Since a completely new building plan would not have been approved, a fundamental redesign was made instead. It envisaged a combined residential and commercial building with 7,500 sqm of commercial space, 1,500 sqm of living space, and underground parking. The centerpiece is an office tower with an impressive view of the pre-Alps. The apartments were sold. The commercial part houses a Kieser fitness center on the ground floor and various office tenants and a large daycare center on the upper floors.
