Cypress is a suburb of Houston (Texas) and is located along the U.S. Route 290 (Northwest Freeway) about 22 miles northwest of downtown Houston. The apartment complex (built in 1983) was acquired in 2024. It consists of 348 units and is situated in a quiet residential area. The property and its garden surroundings underwent some extensive renovation.
