Christi, Texas, is located in the South of the USA, bordering the Gulf of Mexico. Copper Ridge, a class-B apartment community (built in 1986) with 344 apartment units was acquired in 2019. It is very centrally located in a desirable residential area, close to the Restaurant- and shopping district. The buildings have been subject to substantial renovation including exterior work, a newly designed clubhouse and business center. Numerous apartments were modernized with many upgrades. Furthermore, a generous fitness center, next to a sparkling swimming pool, was added as a new amenity. This, besides the addition of a dog park, as well as covered parking.
